From a floor plan and photos to a priced order.
Some projects arrive with drawings and schedules. Others arrive as a floor plan, a folder of saved photos and a budget. We help turn the second kind into product selections and specifications that can be priced and ordered.
What we help with
Reviewing your references
We read your plan, photos and notes and say what is clear, what is open, and what to decide first.
Guided selections
Materials, finishes and hardware, narrowed to two or three options per decision.
Configuring to fit
Sizes, layouts and options set to your spaces, from your plan or your measurements.
Preliminary quantities
Counts and runs taken off your plan, marked as preliminary until measured.
Custom cabinetry and furniture
Written specifications for pieces made to your rooms.
Checking it can be made
Before an option reaches you, we check it can be built in your size and finish.
Seeing the options
Renderings of the options in your space, labelled as renderings.
One order across categories
Every approved selection gathered into one coordinated order.
How it works
- 01
Send your brief
Your plan, your pictures, what you like about each, a budget range and a timeline.
- 02
We review the scope
Within two business days you hear what we recommend next, and whether it needs paid specification work first.
- 03
You pick a direction
The look and the finish level you want, chosen before we prepare options.
- 04
You see two or three options
For each open decision, two or three options to choose from.
- 05
You approve the selections
You sign off the list before anything is priced.
- 06
Pricing
The approved selections are priced as one order.
- 07
Final verification
Before production, sizes are confirmed by site measure or approved shop drawings.
Preliminary until measured
Sizes taken from a plan or a photo are preliminary. A rendering shows a direction; it does not confirm that a piece can be made at that size. Final dimensions are verified by site measure or approved shop drawings before anything goes into production.
What this is not
We are not an architect, an engineer or an interior design firm, and we do not produce construction drawings or code reviews. If your project has a designer or architect, we work with them on product selection and supply.
Three kinds of price
Budgetary estimate
A range built on stated assumptions while selections are still open. Useful for deciding, not for ordering.
Defined-scope quotation
Named products, finishes, quantities and sizes, with allowances, exclusions and what is yours to supply.
Production order
The approved quotation, once final measurements and sign-offs are complete.
Fees
Discovery is free: we review your brief and recommend the next step. Some projects need specification or design-development work before accurate pricing can begin. When that applies, we outline the scope, deliverables and any fee before proceeding.
