Every custom build has a finish schedule that gets value-engineered down when local bids come in. This one did not. The arched bookcases, the stone-wrapped bath, the full closet program: everything on the original drawings got built, for a custom builder in western Canada.

Every piece comes back as a dimensioned shop drawing with hardware, glass and upholstery called out, and one itemized quote for the whole schedule, in writing.

You approve a drawing and a sample
Nothing is cut until you have signed the drawing and held the finish. The sample you sign is the finish that ships.

Pieces arrive built to the opening on one agreed date, so your trades hang and level rather than scribe and improvise.
