Certification and install.

Engineered wood flooring sourced into the US must meet CARB Phase 2 / TSCA Title VI. We source from suppliers that provide documentation per shipment. FloorScore and other voluntary certifications are noted on the product line when the supplier carries them. United States — EPA TSCA Title VI (Formaldehyde emissions for engineered-wood and plywood-core flooring.). Canada — SOR/2021-148 (accepts TSCA Title VI) (Canadian formaldehyde regulation; accepts US TSCA certification. Laminate has an extended deadline to 2028.). Crateworks sources product with the matching test documentation where the project and jurisdiction require it; no certification is claimed on a product without the report on file.

Install runs through your local licensed trades on your schedule. Crateworks delivers product, coordinates the freight, and supports the substitution path if anything lands damaged.

Common questions

Yes. Send a photo and the spec (species, plank width, finish) and we source to match. A physical sample of the match comes back to you for approval before the order runs, so nothing ships on a guess.
Engineered hardwood is the core format, in a range of widths, grades, and finishes. Solid hardwood and specialty formats are quoted on request against your spec.
Engineered wood flooring is specified to CARB Phase 2 and TSCA Title VI formaldehyde-emission limits, with the mill's emission documentation provided for your project on request.
By the square footage on your plan plus cutting overage, as a delivered price that includes freight and customs. It ships crated and coordinated with the rest of your project package.
