Architect reviewing shop drawings at a workbench

Drawing-driven

Submit elevations and a finish schedule. Production runs to your exact dimensions, not a fixed-size catalog.

One itemized quote

The whole run quoted in dollars, every line itemized. We build the package direct, with no distributor layer in between.

Installer fitting a slim aluminum frame on site

Coordinated package

Cabinetry lead time aligns with windows, flooring, stone, and sanitary on the same project schedule.

Certification and install.

Cabinetry is specified to CARB Phase 2 / TSCA Title VI formaldehyde limits, with panel emission documentation provided per order on request. KCMA certification claims are not made unless a specific cabinet line carries it on file. United States — EPA TSCA Title VI (Formaldehyde emissions for composite-wood components.). Canada — SOR/2021-148 (accepts TSCA Title VI) (Canadian formaldehyde regulation; accepts US TSCA Title VI certification, so one certificate covers both markets.). Crateworks sources product with the matching test documentation where the project and jurisdiction require it; no certification is claimed on a product without the report on file.

Install runs through your local licensed trades on your schedule. Crateworks delivers product, coordinates the freight, and supports the substitution path if anything lands damaged.

Common questions

Yes. Send the plan or elevation drawings plus the finish you want (door style, RAL color, or veneer). Cabinetry is built to your dimensions rather than adapted from stock modules, and it is quoted as one coordinated package with anything else you are sourcing.
Any RAL color in lacquer, plus wood veneer, in slab, shaker, framed, and frameless construction. You approve a physical finish sample before production begins, so the door that arrives matches the sample you signed off.
Your quote states a delivered window that includes production, ocean freight, and customs clearance, never factory time alone. The exact window depends on scope and finish and is confirmed in writing before you commit.
TSCA Title VI and CARB Phase 2 are the federal formaldehyde limits for composite wood in the US. We specify compliant panel stock on every cabinetry order and provide the panel emission documentation for your project on request.

From one project

One home, room by room.

Every cabinet in this house was drawn to the room it stands in and quoted as one package. Arched cases cut to a wall opening, a bench upholstered in dark green suede, a walk-in behind tea glass with lit hanging runs. The 31 dimensioned sheets behind it are why it arrived fitting.

Approval render from a whole-home millwork package

See it in a whole-home build.

This category was one line on a single whole-home schedule: 23 pieces across 147 linear feet, custom-built to drawing for a custom builder in western Canada, delivered on one date with one finish family. The drawings are published in full, and the millwork chapter sets the package beside the published retail ladders it competes with.
