Your delivery window is agreed in writing when your specs are confirmed and the deposit is received: about 90 days, delivered. Goods go to your site, or into local storage we help arrange, trucked in professionally when you call for them. Five dated milestones per order, with an update before each one. And if delivery slips past the agreed window, a credit of $250 per calendar day**, capped at 5% of the order value. **Full terms below.

The quote-beat promise

Send the quote you already have. If our coordinated quote does not beat it at the same spec, we will tell you to take the local one. Initial reply in two business days; the full line-item quote typically lands inside a week.

The price you quote your client is the price you pay. We hold it from purchase order through delivery, so tariff swings do not eat the margin you built into the job.

Certifications on the line

NFRC across casement, tilt-turn, fixed-picture, awning, arc-top, sliding, bifold, entry, and swing. Awning carries Miami-Dade NOA #25-0911.01 (HVHZ Large + Small Missile Impact). Bifold is US Energy Star registered (FXC-M-3) and NAFS CW-PG50 tested. Sliding is NAFS CW-PG50 to 4500mm. CSA A440-22 #80224506. AAMA 2605 PVDF finish, 20-year coating. STC 56 acoustic. Every quote lists the approval and certification numbers, each verifiable in its public registry, with test documentation provided where it is on file.

Lift-slide cert IDs and decorative grille configurations are in qualification (expected 2026-06-01). Pivot exterior doors are built and quoted to spec on a per-project basis. Spec'ing fenestration? How pricing works

Trade pricing sits well below retail, but the exact rate depends on your volume and the configurations you run, so we set it with you rather than post a number that fits no one. On approval you get the full rate card: trade tiers, the Partner Credit ladder, and the guarantee terms, all in writing. New partners may qualify for double Partner Credit on their first project.
