Shape, length, width, drop and layers are yours to set. The reference you point at carries the finish, the diffuser and the mounting, so you are choosing a look and a size rather than filling in a nine-field form.

Listing verified before we quote

A hardwired fixture is quoted only when its listing has been verified against the complete fixture and the market it ships to. No grey-market product, and no fixture that relies on a listed driver inside an unlisted housing.

Certification and install.

Hardwired fixtures are specified to carry listing on the complete fixture, verified for scope and for the destination market before an order is placed. Canada requires the combined cULus or cETLus mark or CSA certification; a US-only UL mark does not satisfy it. FCC compliance documentation is provided for any fixture with integrated electronics. State, provincial, and city electrical code apply at install. United States — UL 1598 / ETL listed (Electrical safety listing for fixtures, per the National Electrical Code.). Canada — cULus / cETLus (CSA C22.2) (Canada requires the combined cULus mark or CSA certification, not a US-only UL listing.). Crateworks sources product with the matching test documentation where the project and jurisdiction require it; no certification is claimed on a product without the report on file.

Hardwired fixtures must be installed by a locally licensed electrician. Crateworks does not perform electrical install and does not warrant install work performed by others.

Common questions

That is the normal path here rather than an exception. You give the shape, the length, the width, the drop and the number of layers; the finish family, diffuser and mounting carry over from the reference you pointed at. Statement chandeliers and linear suspensions carry the full set of choices because they are the pieces people care about. Pendants, sconces, table and floor lamps are sized and finished to match without asking you nine questions about each one.
Yes, and it is the fastest way to start. Send the photo or the designer spec and we match it from qualified suppliers or have it made to a drawing. You approve finish and dimensions before production.
