How we source sanitary ware.
Cert-documented
Potable-water fixtures supplied with NSF 372 lead-free documentation. cUPC or IAPMO listings provided per fixture where state code requires.
Finish coordination
Brass, chrome, matte black, brushed nickel. Pick the family once and every fixture in the schedule lands matched.
Trade-installed
Every fixture installs through a locally licensed plumber on your schedule. Crateworks ships product and substitutes if anything lands damaged.
Certification and install.
Potable-water plumbing fixtures supplied through Crateworks carry NSF 372 lead-free documentation at the federal floor. State-specific cUPC, IAPMO, NSF, or ADA documentation is supplied per fixture where required by local code. Fixtures not cert-eligible for a given state are not shipped there. Canada — NSF/ANSI/CAN 61 + 372, CSA B125.1 (Same tri-national lead-free standard plus the joint CSA B125.1 plumbing-fixture standard.).
All plumbing fixtures install through a locally licensed plumber. Crateworks does not perform plumbing install and does not warrant install work performed by others.
