What we collect.
When you submit a quote request or project inquiry, we collect the contact information and project details you provide (name, email, phone, project address, opening dimensions, file attachments). This information is used solely to respond to your inquiry and to coordinate the project.
When you visit the site, basic server logs may record your IP address, browser type, referring page, and the pages visited. Server logs are used for security monitoring and to maintain site performance.
Cookies + analytics.
The site uses minimal cookies required for basic functionality (session state, preferences). We may use a privacy-respecting analytics tool to understand which pages are most useful; any analytics tool used does not place advertising cookies or share personal data with third parties.
You can disable cookies in your browser settings. The site functions without cookies, though some preferences may not persist.
How we use information.
We use the information collected to respond to your inquiries, quote your project, coordinate supplier and freight relationships on the project, and follow up on the project lifecycle. We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties for advertising or unrelated commercial purposes.
We may share information with suppliers, freight carriers, and installation partners when necessary to fulfill your project, and with service providers (hosting, email) bound by confidentiality obligations.
Text messaging (SMS).
Noyce Display Innovations LLC (dba Crateworks) operates the chat widget on this site through LeadConnector, our messaging service provider. If you provide a mobile number in the chat widget and opt in, we may send you both customer care messages (responses to your inquiry, appointment coordination, quote and order updates, follow-up on an existing project) and promotional messages (occasional offers, product launches, event invitations). Each message type is sent only after explicit consent is collected in the widget for that purpose.
Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and preferences. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase or of receiving a quote.
You can opt out of any Crateworks SMS program at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at sales@gocrateworks.com. After you reply STOP, we will send a single confirmation and no further messages in that program.
Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in status are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their own marketing. Numbers are handled by LeadConnector solely to deliver the messages you have opted in to receive. Full program terms, including carrier liability language, are in our Terms of Service.
Your choices.
You can request access to or deletion of personal information we hold about you by contacting us. We will respond within a reasonable time and as required by applicable law (including California Consumer Privacy Act / CCPA, and similar state consumer privacy laws).
You can unsubscribe from any follow-up email by replying to the email or using the unsubscribe link.
Security.
We use industry-standard safeguards to protect the information we hold (encryption in transit, access controls, secure hosting). No method of internet transmission is fully secure. Notify us if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or inquiry.
Updates.
We may update this privacy policy periodically. The Last updated date above indicates the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated through the site.
