Quotes + orders.
Quote requests submitted through this site do not constitute a binding offer or order. All quotes, orders, and sales are subject to separate written commercial terms confirmed in writing before production begins. Specifications, lead times, and pricing described on the site are illustrative; project-specific confirmation occurs through the quote process.
Certifications.
Where the site cites specific certifications (NFRC, NAFS, AAMA, CSA, UL, ETL, NSF, Energy Star, Miami-Dade NOA, or other), those certifications apply to specific product configurations confirmed in writing on the project quote. Cert claims are not made for product configurations that have not been tested and certified. Cert documentation ships with the product order on request.
Text messaging program (SMS).
Noyce Display Innovations LLC (dba Crateworks) operates a business text messaging program in the United States and Canada through the LeadConnector chat widget on this site. You may opt in to the program by submitting your mobile number in the chat widget and confirming consent. Opt-in is not a condition of purchase or of receiving a quote.
Once opted in, you may receive customer care messages (responses to inquiries, appointment coordination, quote and order updates, follow-up on an existing project) and, where separately opted in, promotional messages (offers, product launches, event invitations). Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and preferences.
Message and data rates may apply. Rates are set by your mobile carrier, not by Crateworks. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, and most major US and Canadian carriers. Program availability depends on your carrier.
You can cancel the SMS program at any time by texting STOP to the number that sent you a message. After you send STOP, we will send a single confirmation message; you will not receive further messages in that program. If you want to rejoin, opt in again through the chat widget. Program participants must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. Mobile numbers collected through the SMS program are handled solely to deliver messages you have opted in to receive and are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their own marketing.
