How we source commercial flooring.
Specified to the rating
Sourced to the slip-resistance, wear-layer, and fire ratings your project and inspector require, with the supplier's test documentation provided per shipment.

Whole-floor pricing
One quote across the run, priced at direct cost. On a full fit-out the removed distributor margin is real dollars back to the project budget.
Scheduled to the build
Typical delivered window runs 10 to 14 weeks all-in: production, ocean freight, and customs. Quoted precisely per order and sequenced against the construction calendar so the floor lands in the right sequence, not ahead of the trades.
Certification and install.
Commercial flooring is sourced to the slip-resistance, wear, and fire ratings your project and the authority having jurisdiction require, with supplier test documentation provided per shipment. Engineered wood meets CARB Phase 2 / TSCA Title VI. We do not assert a rating that is not on the supplier's report for the line you select.
Install runs through your local licensed trades on your schedule. Crateworks delivers product, coordinates the freight, and supports the substitution path if anything lands damaged.
