The custom sofa, built to your room.

Matte, relaxed, spill-friendly. The everyday default.

Built to you, not to a warehouse

A catalog sofa is sized for a warehouse, not your living room. Ours is built the other way around. You set the layout, the seat depth, the exact width, and how soft you want to sink in, then choose the material that suits the way you actually live with it.

The result is the same deep, relaxed silhouette people fall for in a showroom, made to fit your space and priced direct instead of marked up through a retail floor.

How the build works

Build your sofa above or send the dimensions of a piece you want matched. We send a written quote and ship material swatches so you feel the fabric or leather before anything is cut. Approve the spec and the swatch, and the piece is built and delivered in about 12 weeks, shipping and customs included. Furniture is sold as a coordinated room package, so the same brief can carry the bed, stools, dining, and case goods that finish the room in one delivery.

Swatches first means no guessing from a screen. Color, weave, and hand all read differently in your own light.

Common questions

Every sofa is built to order. You set the layout, seat depth, width, cushion fill, and material. Nothing ships from a warehouse, so the piece fits your room and your feel exactly rather than the nearest catalog size.
Furniture is sold as a coordinated room package, with the sofa as the anchor. Spec the sofa here, then add the bed frame, stools, dining, or case goods to the same brief, and the room is built in one finish story and one delivery.
Yes. Use the send-your-own-spec mode: give us the dimensions and a reference photo, pick your fabric or leather, and we build it. This is the route most designers take when a client has fallen for a specific look.
Four families. Performance linen weave is the matte, spill-friendly everyday default. Performance velvet adds richness and sheen. Belgian linen is the natural-flax premium option with a washable slipcover. Performance chenille is the softest hand and the most kid- and pet-tough. Swatches ship before production so you feel them first.
Yes. The single leather is protected top-grain: real hide with a protective finish, so it stays soft, wears in well, and wipes clean. It is not bonded or faux. Six core colors show by default; the full color deck is available to trade and designers to match any spec.
It is built as a removable, washable slipcover. That is how a natural linen sofa survives real daily use without the stress of a fixed cover.
Three depths. Standard sits around 40 inches for an upright lounge, deep around 45 inches for the sink-in feel, and lounge around 50 inches at daybed depth. Deep with a feather-down wrap is the classic cloud sensation.
About 12 weeks from approved spec to delivery, shipping and customs included. Swatch samples ship before that so you confirm the material first.
Yes. Designers and builders get a sharper tier and access to the full leather and fabric range. Flag your firm in the quote and we set you up.
