Quoted against the schedule
Send the item schedule: quantities, sizes, fabrics, finishes. The quote returns line by line, delivered, with freight and duties included in the price.
Programs get a desk
Recurring and multi-site orders run through a named contact with locked specs, so the second site and the tenth reorder match the first without re-quoting from zero.
Delivered on the calendar
Typical delivered window runs 12 to 16 weeks all-in: production, ocean freight, and customs. Quoted precisely per order and sequenced so furniture lands at move-in, not into a construction zone.
Certification and install.
Commercial seating and workstation SKUs are sourced against the durability and stability standards your specification calls for, including BIFMA test standards where the spec requires them. Test documentation is confirmed with the source per run before any rating is claimed on an order. We do not assert a rating that is not on file. Residential-grade decorative furniture lives separately under our furniture catalog.
Install runs through your local licensed trades on your schedule. Crateworks delivers product, coordinates the freight, and supports the substitution path if anything lands damaged.
