Drop length is the whole decision

A pendant is specified by the distance from the ceiling to the bottom of the shade, measured against the counter or table beneath it. Ceiling heights vary between rooms in the same house and stock drops do not. Give us the height and the surface and the drop is cut to it.

Single, cluster, or a linear run

One pendant over a sink, a cluster at staggered heights in a stairwell, or a linear run down the length of an island. The same finish family and the same detailing across all three, so a kitchen and a hallway read as one house.

Listing verified before we quote

Listing is a requirement placed on the supplier and verified per fixture before an order, not documentation we hold in advance. A listed driver inside an unlisted housing is not a listed fixture, and Canada requires the combined cULus or cETLus mark or CSA certification rather than a US-only UL mark.

Yes, and it is the normal path. You give the ceiling height and the surface the pendant hangs over; the drop is built to it. For a run of pendants over an island you give the island length and the spacing follows from it.
Listing is verified per fixture before an order is placed rather than claimed in advance. We hold no lighting certification documentation today. What we do is require listing from the supplier, check that it covers the complete fixture rather than a component inside it, and check it against the market the fixture ships to.
