Common questions

Both new construction and renovation. The thermally-broken aluminum frame carries large glass panels with slim sightlines and resists rust, rot, and warping. Each door is built to your opening size.

Yes. Sliding doors are NFRC certified and tested to NAFS CW-PG50 by the manufacturer (report #211129080GZU-002) up to 4500mm panel. Bifold doors are NFRC certified, US Energy Star registered (FXC-M-3, valid through 2029-07-20), and tested to NAFS CW-PG50 (#230406059GZC-001). Swing doors are in qualification, so we state no rating for them. Hurricane impact is cert #QCT25-7593.01. CSA A440-22 #80224506 is on file for cold-climate Canadian projects. Lift-slide cert IDs are being finalized. Cert PDFs are disclosed on every quote.

Both sliding and bifold systems are built to your opening, with the panel count and configuration sized to span it cleanly. Wider openings use more panels. We confirm the maximum span for your specific opening and panel weight during the quote.

Yes. Doors and windows are specified in the same RAL color system and the same frame family, so a renovation can carry one consistent look across every opening. Specify the RAL and we build the set to match.
