A wardrobe is the storage system the bedroom is organized around. Crateworks supplies custom built-in wardrobes, walk-in closet systems, and integrated hidden storage, drawn to the bedroom layout and finished to match the rest of the project.

Built-in or walk-in

Built-in wardrobes line a wall, full-height, with hinged or sliding doors. Most efficient use of bedroom space when a walk- in closet is not in the plan. Walk-in closet systems organize a dedicated room with hanging rods, shelving, drawer banks, shoe storage, and island.

Door type: hinged (traditional), sliding (space-saving in tight rooms), bifold (full-access opening), or pocket (disappear-into-wall).

Interior organization

Hanging rods, adjustable shelving, drawer banks, shoe shelves, tie racks, pull-out belts and accessories, integrated lighting, soft-close everything. Configured to the user: how much hanging vs. shelving vs. drawer.

Finish: same range as kitchen cabinets. Lacquer, veneer, paint, thermofoil. Hardware family matched against the rest of the project.

Built-in wardrobes go in bedrooms where a separate closet room is not in the plan. Full-height units along one wall. Walk-in closet systems require a dedicated room and let you organize at scale. Many projects use both: built-ins in guest rooms, walk-in for the primary.
Hanging rods at multiple heights, adjustable shelving, drawer banks (soft-close standard), shoe shelves and rotating systems, tie and belt racks, pull-out accessory trays, integrated LED lighting, mirrored panels. Configured per user: specify hanging vs. shelving vs. drawer ratios.
Same as kitchen: lacquer in any RAL color, real-wood veneer in any species, thermofoil for budget runs, solid wood paint-grade or stain-grade. Hardware family matched against the project.
Hinged for full access and traditional read. Sliding (top-track, bottom-guide) for tight rooms where door swing is a problem. Pocket doors disappear into the wall for clean contemporary lines but require structural framing for the pocket.
10 to 14 weeks from approved shop drawings to delivery. Complex walk-in systems with islands and motorized features add 2-3 weeks.
